Default Mad King's Steward gives infinite rewards?

I've been standing in Lion's Arch, and I keep seeing the same people over and over again getting quest rewards from the Mad King's Steward. What is going on here? Does the NPC give a glitched quest where people can just keep picking up the reward? Btw, all the people were from the same guild, if that matters.

Nah that was probably one person with a couple accounts who had been farming the skeletals from the every little bit quest.

Where they doing it in the same district? or zoning in and out of a district? Because its probably the every bit something quest. But you hvae to change districts after every reward.

Yes, get a stack of mobstoppers by taking then abandoning and taking the quest over and over, go to UW and cap as manny skeles as possible (I got 66 on my run with guildies), then turn in. Reward is for 3 capped skeles, so I got the reward 22 times. Cha-ching! We also beat Dhuum, so with the few ToT drops I netted 810 ToT bags for that one trip. Kinda ridiculous if you ask me.

Scroll in -> C-space -> DC -> Shout @ Skele -> Skele dies -> Cap skele -> /resign

tl;dr: Shout at skeles, faceroll keyboard, acquire 9-12k & 3-4 stacks of ToT bags/hr & a headache.

Can one skele be captured by only one person, or can all party members capture from one skele?

All party members can capture one skele. This is why no reason do solo here.
